My Signature Cooking Style

I Love cooking and baking inspired from countries over the world. I thrive with seasonal recipes that are healthy, sustainable and full of flavor. Some of my favorite recipes inspired by my culinary travels are:

My Background & Culinary Experience

I have been cooking since I was 5 with my Grandmother, learning how to prepare her famous lemon cookies and slow roasted pork shoulder. My bachelor’s degree is in Restaurant and Resort Management. I have worked in every avenue of a restaurant from top to bottom and have 3 years of restaurant cooking experience.

My latest adventure is my own cooking blog that features easy recipes (with pictures!) that aims to satisfy all tastes.

  • An large meatball in a pool of marinara sauce – Grass-fed local beef meatball seasoned with fresh herbs, eggs and dijon mustard. Stuffed with ricotta surprise and baked until golden brown. Served in a pool of spring basil marinara sauce with freshly grated Parmesan Reggiano.
  • Cherry-Almond Focaccia with Cherry-Almond Chocolate Ice Cream – The perfect end to an evening. Warm cherry-almond focaccia with turbinado sugar sprinkled on top served with 2 scoops of cherry-almond chocolate ice cream.
